An impressive seven-metre long bar, wrapped in pressed copper, displays a selection of trophies showcasing Wolf Blass’s success as a keen racehorse owner.
In stock at the bar is a range of wine, including the Museum Selection label, sourced from a variety of South Australian wine regions and which can be consumed on or off the premises. The wines have been personally selected by Wolf Blass Foundation Trustee Brian Walsh and Wolf himself.
The menu incorporates local Adelaide Hills produce and is the perfect accompaniment to the wine. Guests can choose from a selection of share platters, pizzas and tapas-style food. Local beers, cider and soft drinks as well as coffee and tea are also available.
